RECONSTRUCTION OF AN APARTMENT IN A BRICK HOUSE

Our company was both a constructor and an investor in this renovation project. The intention was to apply the best materials that could be used in a standard apartment. By building a new core in the original size, but with a new layout, we gained a large modern bathroom space. We connected the kitchen to the living room and hallway which created a new unique living space with built-in wardrobes in the hallway, kitchen units and interior doors, all in the same style. All parts were custom made – not only the furniture, but also the door frames and doors. Vinyl flooring was combined with tiles in the bathroom. We chose plaster of paris, hand sanded smooth.
