NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A FAMILY HOUSE USING KLH PANELS

It was during this construction of a house with a garage that we gained our first experience with CLT technology. KLH company supplied us with premium CLT panels which we, in less than 10 days, processed and erected on the foundation slab, including the roof truss structure.

The layout is designed as a 4-bedroom house. The floor area of the house is 200 m², while the entire living room with kitchen and dining room is connected to a stunning gallery extending to the 2nd floor. In this beautifully open part of the house, full of light and with perfect acoustics, the new owners can spend most of their time together, while everyone has the opportunity to use their personal space.

The entrance of the house also features an open area up to the roof. In this airy space, the massive but at the same time very subtle steel construction of the staircase nicely stands out. The bathrooms are tiled with large-format tiles in combination with Dutch polyurethane floor trowels, which were used in other areas of the house too.

The building combines maximum functionality with regard to quality and design. Tranquil residence environment of a remarkable house.
