RESIDENCE IN PALKOVICE

We are preparing our first private investment project - the construction of 2 family houses with 2 bungalow-type housing units in the village of Palkovice in Frýdecko-Místek. Each apartment unit is designed as a 4+kk with a floor area of ​​107 m2 and a garden of 300 m2. We tried to design a maintenance-free house with generous interior space. We achieved the feeling of freedom and airiness thanks to the granted sloping ceiling in the living area of ​​the apartment unit and the direct entrance to the garden.
